At Brighter Super, we're passionate about developing the next generation of Financial Advisers. We're offering a permanent opportunity designed specifically for students and graduates who want to gain real-world experience while building their pathway towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

Working within our Member Engagement team, you'll help members better understand their superannuation, navigate important decisions and gain valuable experience having meaningful financial conversations every day. You'll be supported to provide general advice to members while developing the practical skills that can't be learned in a classroom.

Who We're Looking For
You might be:

•   Currently studying a Financial Planning degree (or a related ASIC-approved qualification).
•   A recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in financial advice.
•    Passionate about helping people make informed financial decisions.
•    A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with others.
•    Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
