FP&A Analyst

Location: Jersey/London

We are partnering with a leading Private Equity firm on a search for an FP&A analyst to join their Executive Investments team. In this role, you will:

1. Build and maintain financial models for incentive programs, including carried interest and co-investment schemes.
2. Analyse historical and current data to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive structures.
3. Support in designing and modelling new incentive programs, using scenario and economic analysis.
4. Work closely with data owners to extract, validate, and interpret large datasets.
5. Produce clear, actionable analysis and reports for senior stakeholders in the business.
6. Drive improvements in reporting, leveraging tools such as Power BI where relevant.
7. Identify and contribute to opportunities for process improvement and automation.
8. Communicate complex findings to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Key Skills

1. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
2. 1-3 years post-qualified experience
3. Exceptional analytical and mathematical modelling skills
4. Advanced Excel capability
5. Experience in financial planning & analysis, modelling, or similar analytical roles
6. Strong commercial mindset and data interpretation ability
7. Experience handling large or complex datasets
8. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
10. Experience with automation, coding, or Python
11. Background in private equity, funds, or incentive structures
