About The Job:
We are currently seeking a fully qualified Financial Advisor to join a fast-paced and growing financial services business based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing environment alongside an ambitious and commercially driven team specialising in retail investors, wholesale investors and corporate clients.

The business is looking for someone proactive, confident on the phones, and ready to hit the ground running. This role is ideally suited to a relationship-focused advisor with strong business development capability and a holistic approach to financial advice.

The RoleProvide holistic retail financial advice to clients
Manage and grow client relationships
Conduct client meetings and strategy discussions
Generate new business opportunities and maintain pipeline activity
Work within a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
You will create and implement customised financial plans, and investment advice that are in the best interests of your clients
Utilise financial planning and CRM systems effectively
About YouFully qualified Financial Advisor
Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident making outbound calls and developing business opportunities
Commercially minded with a proactive attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of compliance and advisory processes
