About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide ethical, compliant, and comprehensive financial advice tailored to individual client needs. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic planning, product recommendations, and ongoing relationship management.
Using your technical expertise, a typical week would include:
Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ current financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance
Provide comprehensive, compliant, and ethical financial advice aligned with clients’ best interests
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients’ financial wellbeing and develop customised financial plans
Recommend suitable financial products and services that align with clients’ objectives and market conditions
Ensure financial plans remain current and effective through regular assessments and updates
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide ongoing support and education
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive growth
Ensure strict adherence to all legislative, regulatory, and professional standards
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated client service
What we are looking for
Tertiary Degree in finance, financial planning, business or a related degree
RG146, CFP or other recognised financial planning qualification
3-5 years’ proven industry experience as a Financial Advisor
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
High ethical standards and a client-first mindset
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience using XPLAN is highly regarded
