About the Role

This FP&A-focused role will support financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting across Australia and Asia. You will partner closely with regional leaders and Finance teams to deliver insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and coordination of monthly reporting, mid-month forecasting and quarterly reporting activities
• Supporting annual budgeting and planning processes across multiple business units
• Assisting stakeholders with Profit & Loss budgets, revenue forecasting and expense analysis
• Delivering financial insights and reporting to support commercial decision-making
• Partnering with Finance teams across Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines
• Assisting with finance due diligence and integration activities relating to acquisitions
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR and operational teams
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and driving efficiencies within reporting and planning processes.

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong FP&A capability and stakeholder management skills.

You will bring:

• CA / CPA / CIMA qualification
• 2-3+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred but not essential
