Job Summary:
The Private Wealth Advisor III, Business Development & Advisory Services is responsible for sourcing and developing new client relationships and opportunities to create revenue growth in the department, primarily through sophisticated financial and estate planning for trust/asset management clients and prospects, either alone or in conjunction with internal team members and the client's legal and financial advisors. The position includes establishing and maintaining professional relationships with centers of influence, including trust & estate attorneys, CPAs and financial advisors as referral sources for new business. This position will also manage sourced client relationships and other client relationships, as assigned. This position will manage assigned relationships consistent with our client service standards. This position will assist those navigating the often-complex personal financial landscape and will advise on how to plan their finances, typically using services such as investment management, formal financial planning, and tax consulting. This position proactively responds to client questions and completes special projects, as needed and assigned. The role also prepares necessary documents to maintain account compliance and performs annual account reviews. The Private Wealth Advisor III, Business Development & Advisory Services will work closely with the administrative support team and Middle Office as appropriate to provide efficient and effective onboarding of new relationships and high-quality service for existing clients.
