Description

BGV GROUP MANAGEMENT is expanding its investment team and looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Energy Investments stream (renewables, energy storage, and related infrastructure). This is a hands-on analytical role focused on financial modelling, investment analysis, and transaction support across the full investment cycle.
 
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for energy projects (Excel), including sensitivities and scenarios (IRR/NPV, DSCR, payback, etc.).
Prepare investment memos, one-pagers, and Board / internal decision materials.
Support and coordinate due diligence (technical, financial, legal, ESG) with external advisors: data room requests, Q&A logs, and issue tracking.
Support project financing workstreams and cooperation with IFIs by preparing models, datasets, and presentations.
Monitor plan-vs-actual performance, track KPIs, and provide analytical updates.

Requirements

Requirements
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, M&A, Big4, consulting or similar.
Strong financial modelling skills (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
English — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
Energy sector experience (Solar, Wind, BESS) is an advantage.
Professional certifications (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) are a plus.
