Location: Hybrid (Americas)Salary: $150,000-$165,000

A global, market‑leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner Lead to support regional leadership with high‑quality financial insight, performance analysis, and strategic decision‑support. This role is highly visible, commercially focused, and central to shaping financial strategy across the Americas.

Role Overview
As the Finance Business Partner Lead, you will:
- Act as the primary finance partner to regional executives, delivering insightful analysis and strategic financial guidance
- Lead and develop a regional team, ensuring strong execution and alignment with global finance priorities
- Perform financial modelling, valuation, performance commentary, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare high‑quality presentations and decision‑support materials for senior leadership and management committees
- Partner closely with front‑office leaders to evaluate commercial opportunities and optimize business performance
- Support corporate investment decisions, including new business cases, headcount strategies, M&A evaluations, due diligence, and integration activities
- Conduct market, client, and competitive analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure high standards of accuracy across all outputs
- Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and financial decision‑making
Required Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business partnering, or corporate development within financial services
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Experience leading cross‑functional strategic projects
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers, budgeting, forecasting, and financial KPIs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Experience supporting or evaluating M&A initiatives
- Familiarity with financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and global financial institutions
- Experience using Oracle, OneStream, PowerBI, QlikSense, or similar analytics tools
- 5+ years of finance experience with exposure to global or offshore teams
- Understanding of derivative products and multi‑asset financial markets
