Job description:

We're hiring a Finance Analyst to join a high growth SaaS business in London. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team to support financial analysis, reporting, and business decision making. Operating in a fast paced environment, you'll play a key role in analysing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights that help guide strategic growth. This role suits a detail oriented professional who is comfortable working with large data sets, enjoys solving problems through analysis, and is motivated to improve financial processes as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Support monthly management reporting, including preparation of financial reports and performance dashboards
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, working with different teams to track financial performance against targets
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic decision making
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to improve reporting processes and maintain strong financial controls
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights that support business growth

What would the ideal person look like:

• Previous experience in SaaS companies is essential
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Strong experience in group reporting or financial analysis
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams
• Curious, proactive, and eager to make a difference
